Owner/Executive Producer

Alina Williams

Alina holds a BFA in Theatre Stage Management from the University of Central Florida and brings more than 20 years of experience producing high-impact live events and corporate experiences. Her background spans theatre, concerts, award shows, product launches, corporate meetings, large-scale events and live television. She began her career with Broadway in Orlando as Group Sales Director before advancing to Director of Ticketing, serving as the Ticketmaster liaison for touring Broadway productions. During this time, she also worked as an Entertainment Manager with The Walt Disney Company, overseeing live entertainment operations and production and stage managed for several local organizations including Orlando Shakespeare Theater, Orlando Fringe Festival and Red Moon Theatre Joint. In 2005, Alina transitioned into the corporate events industry with Convention Planning Services, a Destination Management Company, where she produced large-scale meetings and immersive corporate programs for national clients visiting Central Florida. She later spent 14 years with a large-scale production and staging company, producing complex, high-profile events for major corporate clients. Today, Alina is Co-Founder/Executive Producer of DNA Event Creative. She leads the creative production team and oversees the full lifecycle of event development—from concept and creative strategy to production execution—delivering dynamic Business Theatre experiences and corporate events for Fortune 500 companies.

Owner/Executive Creative Director

Dennis Morgan

Dennis is a graduate of the Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts (PCPA) in California. With more than 30 years of experience as a professional actor and director, he has performed iconic roles including Tony in West Side Story, Seymour in Little Shop of Horrors, Cosmo in Singin’ in the Rain, and Jinx in Forever Plaid, among many others. Dennis also performed at Walt Disney World, where he appeared as Doug in Doug Live! and Quasimodo in The Hunchback of Notre Dame. He later joined the Disney Event Group as a Show Director, where he had the opportunity to write, direct, and produce large-scale entertainment experiences for thousands of guests in Disney theme parks and convention centers. Today, Dennis brings that same theatrical vision, storytelling expertise, and production leadership to his role at DNA Event Creative. As Owner / Executive Creative Director, he leads the development of bold concepts and memorable experiences, guiding projects from initial idea to final execution. His passion for live entertainment, immersive storytelling, and impactful audience connection continues to shape events & productions that inspire, engage, and leave a lasting impression.

Producer

Evangeline Whitlock

Evangeline has worked on and off Broadway, in regional theatres across the country, on international and national tours, with ballet and contemporary dance companies, and with large-scale corporate and industrial events. She has worked with the St. Louis Rep, the Muny, the St. Louis Ballet, and also started a weekly summer theatre program with L’Arche St. Louis, an intentional living community for persons with and without intellectual disabilities. Evangeline’s stage management credits include: Farinelli and the King (Broadway) and many shows Off-Broadway including the way she spoke (Audible Theater); Pass Over (LCT3/Lincoln Center); F***ing A and Venus (Signature Theatre); Nice Fish (Co-Production A.R.T/ St. Ann’s Warehouse); Lost Girls (MCC); Twelfth Night, The Odyssey, The Winter’s Tale, and The Tempest (The Public Theater), among many others. Regionally she has worked at Dallas Theater Center, La Jolla Playhouse, Center Theatre Group, and the Old Globe. Evangeline has taught and mentored student stage managers at New York University/Tisch School of the Arts, Adelphi University, Brooklyn College, and Baylor University. She has been a professor of stage management at Webster University since 2020 and holds an MFA in stage management from UC San Diego. In her non-theatre life Evangeline is a competitive figure skater and skates on an adult synchronized skating team in St. Louis

Associate Producer

Shannon Ross

Shannon has been with DNA Event Creative since its inception. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Event Management from UCF’s Rosen College with a minor in Marketing. While at UCF, she served as Fine Arts Director for the Campus Activities Board (CAB), helping produce large scale student programming. Shannon began her career with DNA as an Intern Production Assistant and, through hands-on experience and mentorship from Alina Williams and Dennis Morgan, advanced to Associate Producer over the past decade. She brings expertise in budgeting, proposals, logistics planning and execution, vendor relations and partnership management to every project she supports.

Creative Production Manager

Rebecca Keenan

Originally from London, Rebecca brings a background in performance, production and creative strategy to experiential events. She earned a Master’s degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University, focusing on project management, creative development and large-scale production operations. Prior to graduate school, she trained as an actor at the New York Film Academy and performed in stage musicals and short films in New York City, while also stage managing and assistant directing productions offbroadway and at the Film Academy. Today, she combines her performance insight and production expertise to create immersive experiences that engage audiences and deliver impactful results.

Operations Cosultant 

Alauna Frisckics 

Alauna led the renovation and re-opening of the Garden Theatre in 2008 serving for over 11 years (2006-2017) as the Founding Executive Director. Having served the Central Florida arts community for over two decades, she proudly attributes the Garden Theatre as a catalyst for the economic redevelopment of historic downtown Winter Garden. She partnered closely with the City of Winter Garden and served as an active member and officer of the Winter Garden Downtown Merchants’ Association for over a decade. She later served as Executive Director of Orlando Fringe, producing its internationally recognized 14-day arts festival. Alauna holds bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Theatre from Lyon College and a master’s degree in Performing Arts Management from Columbia College Chicago. Her 30+ year career spans event production, fundraising, marketing and operational strategy for the arts.
